Transfer Service
We are licensed to conduct transfers of both long guns and handguns. We charge a flat rate fee of $30.00 per firearm for this service. For example: You buy a firearm from a online auction site. We would give the dealer/seller a copy of our FFL and he/she would then have the firearm sent to our address where you could come and fill out the proper paperwork to transfer it into your possession.
We are licensed and bonded by both the federal and state government to ensure all Firearms laws and regulations are being followed.
Note if buying from a private individual:
We require all private sales from individuals to include a copy of their driver's license when they ship us a gun for you. If THEY do not there will be a $20 per day fee imposed on YOU the buyer until we receive it. We need this in order to sign in all firearms as per Federal and State Laws. Copy must be legible. Copy may be enclosed with the firearm shipped, or emailed to [email protected] , if emailing include the transfer request information below. Faxing ID seems to never be legible.
Note to private sale shipper: After I receive the firearm and enter it into the inventory system I will email you a receipt of transfer.

All transferred items are to be dispositioned to the customer within 30 days or by prior agreement. Firearms are considered abandoned property and subject to sale one calendar year after receipt, if the item is still at our facility and unclaimed.
Notes: If your drivers license doesn't have your current home address don't bother showing
up. We can't do a transfer until you have updated your address on the license.
Military: In order to process your transfer without a MO License we need...
1. Copy of your PCS orders
2. Bill showing your current address
3. Current Drivers license from another state
4. Current military ID
Outbound Shipping
We do not ship to (States like CA, MA, NH, NY, IL, CT, HI) Do to the many anti gun laws !
Don't pay local gun shops hundreds of dollars to ship out firearms for you and don't pay UPS or Fedex overnight fees to ship out handguns when its not needed.
We will ship handguns for you at a much better rate than paying overnight shipping. Handguns going over night will usually cost anywhere between $60-$155. Please read below.
No unauthorized returns. Return S&H is the responsibility of the buyer. There is a 20% re-stock fee on returned new guns or order cancellations.
All damaged in transit items must be reported to the freight carrier and K9-Tactical immediately upon receipt of shipment.
Any defective merchandise is under warranty by the manufacturer. Return items to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Certain firearms and accessories are not legal for sale in New Jersey, Maryland, New York and other states and localities where their use, possession, or sale are prohibited by law. It is the buyers responsibility to be familiar with their local and state firearm related laws, restrictions and ownership requirements.
Shipping across state lines are only allowed to go to a FFL Dealer: Non-Dealers like your self can ship any gun with certain requirements/ certain ways to another dealer pending that dealer accepts from non-dealers. We accept from non-dealers but I require a copy of the shippers drivers license to be sent with the package for
our log entry. The rules
Long Guns
- Anybody can ship them via UPS & Fedex Ground as long as the receiving FFL Dealer accepts from a non-dealer. A bunch of dealers will not accept from Non-dealers so you will need somebody like us. We ship all long guns via FedEx ground.
Handguns
- Anybody can ship them via UPS & Fedex OVERNIGHT as long as the receiving FFL Dealer accepts from a
non-dealer. This is both companies policy and from what we have been told by ATF that this is not law. Keep in mind that if you buy insurance on the package and send it any other way besides overnight and a claim has to be put in it will get DENIED and no pay out will be received for not following policy.
USPS (Post Office) and Handguns
- YOU CANT SHIP THIS WAY AT ALL. Only dealers can ship this way and you can bet that we have had our fair share of people who lied to the postal worker and shipped it anyway and had the gun never show up to us because it got x-rayed and confiscated. We ship all handguns via USPS priority mail with insurance and signature confirmation.
Our Shipping Fees:
Handguns and Long Guns - Our fee is flat rate of $40 shipping for items up to $300 insurance. If you need
more insurance the fee is $1.25 per $100 extra insurance. (Example- $1000.00 firearm would be $48.75 to ship.)
We do not have control of the shipping companies pricing, "shipping prices subject to change without notice".
Now of course there are exceptions to some of these rules like if you are going hunting in another state you can ship your own gun to yourself. There is also a few more but it is very rarely they will apply.
Note on Machine Guns and UPS Do not ship any machine gun via UPS. Believe it or not they actually have a policy that they do not pay out insurance on claims if it involves a machine gun. Fedex is the only way to go on this. This would come into play if you currently have one needing to be sent out for repair.
Face to Face Private sales -THIS MAY CHANGE SOON-
- This is real easy....If they are a resident of YOUR state you can do a FTF. If not, you CAN'T. People in bordering states like IL and AR try all the time to do this and you can be rest assured that I have had discussions with ATF, and they constantly do undercover buys near the borders all the time busting people for this. If you find a good deal in a border state, you will need to have it sent to a dealer in your state . Sorry but its the law. No paperwork is required in MO which is what most people call to ask me daily. You can meet another Mo resident, exchange and go home in all of 5 min without any paperwork, but not recommended, as for liability and negligence
